Taqueria San Pancho - Roswell

I'm from México and it's difficult to find good tacos in USA, so this is a good place specially for the tongue tacos

This restaurant offers everything I look for in a traditional street taco spot: quick service, affordable prices, and incredibly delicious food. They have a much larger selection of meats compared to most places, as well as a variety of other authentic dishes. Plus, the establishment is very clean and located in a nice shopping area. I will definitely be returning!

It wasn't Tuesday, but I had a taste for Mexican food. I was in the area where I visited a friend and decided to see what was close. I happen to stumble on this place and Blu I'm happy I did. When entering, the first word that comes into mind is simple. The design setup is simple and the main attraction is the menu. The menu is filled with a wealth of choices that make your mouth water as you read it. You place your order on the counter, then your food will be brought to you. I decided on the Steak Jumbo Burrito Small side of Rice and a fed chicken Taco When I tell you the joy of mouth! Everything on the table was seasoned and cooked to taste perfection. The burrito is very fleshy and packed with meat and fixations. The presented taste profiles combine to make a bite after the bite pleasant experience. The steak was very good and fleshy. She doesn't stick with the meat at all. GoMeat! The rice was exactly what I longed. Well seasoned. Perfect tenderness. Not soggy. Not hard and well paired with everything on the table. By itself or in combination with something, the rice maintains its own and provides a strong hunger soothing effect. The Spice Chicken Taco differs from the Grilled Chicken Taco. Although they are both grilled, the Seasoned Chicken Taco has a spiced flavor profile and it is awesomeeeeeeeeeeee. Perfectly grilled chicken combined with a spicy kick that is tasteful and not overpowered, this bite is on its own as a pairing or appetizer. Head up, they do not have Ground Beef Tacos on the menu (currently from 08/26/21). However, there are more than enough options to get your taste desires satisfied. These tacos are excellent, reminiscent of authentic street tacos in Mexico. They serve the original small-sized double tortilla tacos and offer a variety of meat options, including carne asada, pollo asado, al pastor, beef, lengua, surtido, costilla, pescado, and camarón. You can also enjoy traditional aguas frescas like horchata, jamaica, and tamarindo. The only downside is that there aren’t enough seats available, so we had to wait a bit before getting a table. It’s a true hole-in-the-wall taqueria.

Great mother and pop Mexican food, highly recommended! The nachos are a must! Be careful, though it is visually cheating, you might think it is not much food until you go to eat it and then halfway through you realize that it is quite a bit. A great Veggie option is the Chile Rellenos very delicious! They have a good selection of spices (climate, salsa and such).
