Spiced Right Smokehouse Bbq - Roswell

I'm at a loss for words... We ordered dinner tonight, and it was simply terrible. My chicken sandwich was tough and rubbery with every bite. The corn soufflé was burnt crumbs scraped from the bottom of the pan, leaving an awful texture and taste. The banana pudding was completely unappetizing; the pieces of banana were dark and clearly at least five days old. Nothing about this pudding felt fresh or enjoyable. We had trusted this restaurant because they had always been excellent, especially during the COVID season when we frequently picked up meals and enjoyed picnics at the park across the street. Unfortunately, we won't be returning. My husband and I are extremely disappointed with our experience today, and we won't be back. We ended up spending over $60 plus a tip for a miserable takeaway meal for two.

ORDER THE NACHOS!!!The menu board is OVERWHELMING. There is way too much info on there, and it is not laid out in an intuitive manner.They also need to offer smaller portion combo meals. I just wanted one meat and two sides, but the smallest combo they offer is two meats and two sides.Lastly, when we went, it was NOT busy, and our food was slow to come out.The actual food is good, but the presentation and the offerings need improvement/refinement.

Never Disappoints..GOT MY FIX!Vast menu and EVERYTHING is Delicious. Today, I only had time for Brisket and Okra. But I will return soon to bless my palate with the homemade cinnamon rolls!If ever near Roswell..you MUST visit for this experience!

I ordered half a rack of St. Louis-style ribs, and they were absolutely delicious—falling off the bone! I paired my meal with a Coke and chose cole slaw and fried okra as my sides. The okra was incredibly crunchy, and I highly recommend it. The pork and brisket were also delightful. I couldn’t resist trying the tacos; one was a brisket taco topped with blue cheese, which was fantastic. Overall, it was a great experience with attentive service, and the ambiance was enhanced by country music in the background. They also offer tap beer, making it a perfect one-stop spot for barbecue and drinks!

Well they changed their menu and everything is Al a carte Careful!! You can spend a TON on a basic meal. While I have always enjoyed their food their new menu is just way too pricey for the casual place that it is. $31 for lunch for ONE person). I was shocked. I don't mind paying more for great food but this is beyond reasonable for lunch! I guess that maybe why they only had one table filled. Owners if you are reading this please take note. Your food is good but NOT worth it.
