Kfc - Roswell

I requested extra BBQ sauce when I placed my order, and I prefer not to visit when they're busy. However, on several occasions during slower days, I still haven't received any BBQ sauce. I'm not sure if they're trying to conserve it or what, but I'm really tired of eating dry chicken.

Cait was amazing for our catering event. The food was delivered timely and exactly what we ordered. She was great with communication before and during the event. I really appreciate the hard work!

The drive-thru line was long but KFC had a worker outside, at the line, taking orders which sped up the process!! We ordered the chicken popper bowl which tasted like good comfort food and the chicken tenders, which were so good I went inside and ordered seconds! They were hot, juicy, tender and covered with a perfect crispy crunchy batter...yummm!

I didn't receive what I ordered. When they called out my order, they repeated it back to me, but what I got was different from what I had originally requested.

Today's visit was not to order food. It was to rectify a bad experience. I was able to speak face to face with Samantha Ponce the area manager for Roswell area. She was very friendly and professional and made good on her promise. I will return to this location at a later time to order either dine in or carry out. Once again thank you Samantha.
