Never ordered before... Was not explained the menu very well... Customer service could've been better.. no welcome or thank you when food was brought to table.. that alone goes a long way. Food was okay but won't come back

Restaurant is very clean and the staff has always been super friendly. The food is fresh and I?ve never had bad bread from here. This is MY sandwich shop!

The staff was friendly, got my order accurately and out quickly. I had 3 sandwiches. We dined in and it was clean, the bathroom too. I would definitely recommend to others when theyre in the mood for a sandwich.

I love Jimmy John's sandwiches, however, their quality control leaves alot to be desired. This is the third time I have ordered a tuna sandwich with cheese and was charged for the cheese .75 each time) and when I got to work there was no cheese in my sandwich. I might have gone back but I work across town and did not have time.
