Chopstix Sushi House Asian Fusion

The fish was excellent! Although the service was a bit slow, it was definitely worth the wait. The husband-and-wife owners are very friendly as well. I ordered the sashimi with a ginger salad, but the ginger dressing was a bit unusual—almost like it was mustard-based, which was quite strange. Despite that, I will definitely be coming back!

This was my first visit, and I tried one of their sushi dishes, which included nigiri and a roll. Everything was incredibly fresh. The rice was cooked to perfection, boasting just the right flavor and texture. The fish was firm and vibrant. Overall, the meal was delicious, and I have no complaints about the service. As a sushi lover, I will definitely be returning.

The service was fantastic, and the atmosphere was very relaxed. The miso and hot & sour soups were exceptional, although the tofu pieces were quite small. I enjoyed warm sake and the spicy crunchy salmon roll, followed by Mongolian chicken. The sushi lunch special was just okay, but everything else was excellent. Once again, I must emphasize how wonderful the service was.

Everything was so good! We had the pad see U noodles with chicken, Singapore Noodles, Beijing duck, Japanese miso and scallion soups, egg role and spring rolls, fried rice and California sushi roll. Glad it’s near out church and we will be back! They even had decaf hot tea and excellent service by Jenny who was patient and helpful in our food decision making.

Been here many times great food, with a very small wait time. Love their delivery driver Kelsey, so pleasant and had gotten all my orders to me very quickly. Also, their portion size is generous
