I got the salad bar and it was phenomenal, lots of great dressings, fresh veggies, and other great items. Our waitress was also friendly and attentive. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who comes through Roswell.
We were hoping that a steakhouse in cattle country might be a cut above, but it was pretty disappointing. It took a while to get our order taken because it was somewhat busy when we arrived, but then it also took a surprisingly long time to get our food because folks had already started to close things up. I guess we got in too close to closing time, but that was more than an hour before closing so that seems premature. That is probably also why we never got bread. By the time we figured out that we weren't getting the bread we just wanted to go, though, so it wasn't like we asked the server for it. She was actually pretty decent, and was helpful in honestly answering our questions about the dishes. She also made the drink, which was the only thing above average in the whole meal. The dishes themselves were Appleby's-tier, with tough steak, dry chicken, and bland sides. Then there was a credit surcharge on the meal, which honestly made us laugh by that point.
The food is good but limited seafood to deep fried. Atmosphere is ok, the service, it depends on the day.
They were very accommodating of my allergies. They use vegetable oil with soybean in it, so a lot was off the table. They cleaned the grill to make my steak. Steak was okay. Husband enjoyed his food greatly. Said bread was delicious. Kind staff.
Cool cowboy steakhouse kind of place. Great salad bar and fried iice cream. We shall return as service was outstanding from Knyndra. See our YouTube channel Coolest Life.
