Café Panorama - Rostock

After our visit in the famous broilerbar we went to the Neptun ́s panorama cafe in the upper floor. the view is spectacular as they look from almost every place both sides of the beach. So no matter whether the window tables are already occupied. cakes, coffee and service were as before perfect and too reasonable parlors. as noted by others, it is very annoying and does not benefit the pleasant atmosphere in the inner that many guests make photos and selfies despite the (real) great hint at the entrance, not to do this. It was also interesting that most German guests seemed to please ignore them and when they were pointed out again, even a dispute with the personal began.

Many visitors do not know that it exists or is open to the public. as native we call it skybar, it is located in the top floor of the only high-rise hotel in warnemünde, the hotel neptun (unsightable, practically everywhere to see) simply take one of the elevators next to the reception in the lobby (they are left) to the cafe Panorama/Skybar. the atmosphere of caffe / the bar (depending on the daytime) is 70s / 80s vintage and definitiw no tourist location shorts and sandal location! the view is absolutely stunning and it is worth it! the dach above the small dancefloor can be opened - please ask the service staff if it can show them.

This is one of the best views of a restaurant we have ever seen, apart from the good kitchen and drink them the view along the beach are fantastic.

Cake, coffee and service was as before and reasonable expensive. as explained by other reviewers, it is very annoying and no advantage for the pleasant atmosphere in the inner, that many guests pictures and selfies do not do despite the (real) great advice at the entrance. it was also interesting that mostly German guests seemed to ignore this question and once again told about it, even a argument with the personal began.
