In the restaurant we have the excellent and fresh cuisine. The overall concept convinces and should definitely find imitators.
After my visit to the country. Air in Leberfing, I was looking for a few minutes on the very user-friendly, clear and easy to understand website and came with the following offer: “Everyone in land. The air is fully identified with the company’s philosophy and is better to be together daily with joy and enthusiasm at work.” Because of the delicious evening in liver fing, I now know that these words are not just hot air. It is a motto that every employee is important for SAU and that I immediately noticed. Beginning with the very friendly and team-fitting service, which served us all evening through compelling, via the competent and SAUlecker cooker, up to the surely hard butchers (which, by the way, can easily be recognized by very good meat). The clear map (which can also be found on the website) includes various dishes so that everyone can find something – whether large or small. Because of this fact, the preferred court was relatively fast... My Cordon Bleu was very delicious (picture in the appendix) and together with the supplements also in the amount optimal. The pig livers of my friend also convinced in taste. The beer was cool despite the warm outside temperatures thanks to the stone crust. For our dog there was of course a bowl of water. As a dessert we were able to enjoy homemade quark beans and served the apples. And not only we were happy. The pleasure of the employees to work for a company with these happy animals was also felt and seen on the farm every second. For example, there is a farmer who stores the fresh straw in the hall (which was the highlight of the evening for the children) and finds time to welcome kindly. Love country. Air Team, thanks for the great evening! I'm sure we'll see you again because you're really gonna let you out!
Many thanks to “land air” – it is a real pleasure to see how much ANIMAL is here and that tastes WUNDERBAR. The sausage salad was excellent and also great was a photo clearly worth it: On and on. Conscious and with joy food... this is a true joy for me and can be enjoyed here in the countryside to the fullest.
If you know that the animals are kept and slaughtered here, every cent is worth it. Yesterday bought well at the court shop and were surprised that prices were more like a human being. Then we ate something. Very nice, accommodating. Good menu and very tasty. The price/performance ratio is also perfect. Who thinks this is expensive, has no idea of animal husbandry as this time and is cost-intensive. If we live nearby, we come here more often. But they're only on vacation today.
Animal-friendly agriculture with a variety of farm animals in green fields. In the in-house farm shop you can buy the natural country certified products from the farm as well as other things from the region. In the restaurant there are excellent dishes and people who work there are friendly and attentive. All in all worth a nice experience and a trip. Especially for children it is very interesting to see where the animals live later to make us insecure with the ketcar. Oh, yes, the beer also tastes:
