Tim Hortons - Roseville

Update on 07-31-22: The service was even worse this time. There were at least five people working inside, but some were chatting instead of helping customers. We noticed a customer waiting off to the side, and after about five minutes, one of the employees finally asked if he needed assistance. Then, we placed our order and it seemed fine at first. We stood off to the side waiting for our food, when a girl came in right behind us, placed her order, and received her food before us. When she left, she even said, "Thanks, partner!" My daughter asked about her order and found out that they hadn’t even started it yet. This is absolutely unacceptable service. I believe in fair wages, but this team, aside from maybe one person, doesn’t deserve more than minimum wage.

I had a terrible experience with the waiting time at this restaurant. The staff was unprofessional, as they kept the doors locked until I returned to my car and got back in line. Once I was back in line, they only opened the doors for me to let another couple in right after. This situation was very frustrating and unprofessional.

Every morning, I come here and I'm ready to place my order, but the staff doesn’t greet me with a "hello" or "good morning." Instead, they simply tell me to go ahead with my order, which feels very unprofessional, especially for a place in Roseville. The manager is no better; the service window is open and you can overhear every conversation they have. Moreover, they never seem to wish their customers a good day with a smile. Corporate should really take notice of this!

Her ice cap is very good on a hot day. love the chocolate drizzle whip cream. that makes it perfect!
