Taco Bell - Roseville

Fast food may not be the healthiest option for anyone, but Taco Bell definitely has a great flavor.

I usually have a quick experience at Taco Bell on Pleasant Grove, often in and out in under 5 minutes. However, today was a different story. I was asked to pull into a parking spot for just two Beefy Five Layer Burritos. The younger female employee explained that lobby orders were slowing them down. Given that there were only two cars in the lot, it didn't seem like they were overwhelmed. Since my lunch break is only 30 minutes, fast service is important to me. While the older staff members are excellent, today’s experience was not up to par for how a restaurant should operate.

This location has really gone downhill. When you order using their self-service kiosks, the staff seems to completely ignore guests in the lobby. If you use the drive-thru, every order I've received has either been incorrect or missing items.

Only if I could make this a 0 I would! It?s so trashy and the staff always forgets your food!!! Definitely would not go here again! I?ve also seen hair in my food and roaches in the place

2 weeks ago my baja blast mtn dew freeze was light green/yellow tasted like mango... today it was still the same but the other roseville taco bell machine is normal, PLEASE fix this
