I have experienced issues twice now with this Peet's Coffee location, as they have taken all my rewards points and even charged my entire register card without my authorization. Furthermore, the drive-thru service is disorganized, as I waited for 20 minutes with only three cars ahead of me. While I enjoy the products they offer, the overall experience has been too frustrating.
