John's Incredible Pizza Roseville

Avoid this restaurant at all times!! It's unsanitary. The food is not fresh, the buffet is limited, some of the rides and games are broken. There is no one cleaning the food stations refreshing the food stations or cleaning tables. Disgusting!The manager said that he is trying his best, but unfortunately, this establishment is not what it used to be years ago. We had a birthday party of 25 people. Everyone in our group was dissatisfied. The manager should have offered at least a partial refund. Dont waste your money, and take your kids somewhere else for a good time. We won't be returning again.

Our biggest disappointment was there were very few food choices in the buffet. Even though online it showed a whole lot of different variety, when we got there just before noon, only half of them were open. We checked back for a quick snack about 2:00 p.m. and they were still only about half used. The food that was there was pretty tasty though. And they did have lots of pizza choices. I will say their garlic breadsticks are wonderful and next time we go I will order ahead online to get an order to go home!. My only other complaint is they advertised full size rides. I don't know if they are full size but they are mostly geared towards very young children. Like 8 and under. The bumper cars were fine even though there was a small area to bump. And the spinning swings seemed to be very fun and good for all ages. The games in the game room are all low cost games. Which is very nice allowing the kids to play a lot of games with their token cards. They seem to have a very nice variety of games to play. We do not live very close to this location so we can't go often. But we did save our cards to refill for next time we are able to go.

Straight disgusting. I brought my kids here for years until they outgrew it. Brought my niece for first time and got nothing good to say. Everything was dirty, we could make a musical with the sound of our steps throughout the whole place. Icee machine down. Food is less than average. Food, plates stacked in many rooms. Employees standing around. No interactions. Half the games are broken. The men’s bathroom hasn’t been cleaned properly in looks to be months. Really terrible. Cant comprehend how this places can stay open and how people In management are ok with the appearance of the place.

Went on a Wednesday evening. Fairly quiet. Food was atrocious. I don 't expect a lot from a buffet, much less one aimed at children; but even the pizza was bad. The dough had this strange after-taste that I really can 't describe as anything other than "off. "Despite a decent amount of staff on duty, the place was pretty messy. Tables long-since-cleared retained the inedible echoes of their former occupants for quite some time, and the floors were all but neglected.The staff seemed fairly dreary, a testament of businesses that either overwork or undervalue their associates. Probably both.The atmosphere is quite good. The arcade area is impressive with rides and games for every age. Even theme-part style rides.If the arcade admission came without the terrible buffet cost, I might rate this location higher; but that 'd ruin the experience of it.

When it first opened it was a little better. It's a large chuck e cheese with better games. The food is sub par and expensive but the dining rooms have fun themes. The games are expensive as well but the kids enjoy them. We did the unlimited games option through groupon but quickly found out that it is not unlimited on any games that earn tickets, which is over half. So that was definitely not worth it for us.
