Pizzeria Braceria Nonno Chito

On recommendation of our host, we went for a pizza here for dinner. Reservation recommended!! Many locals and (Italian) vacationers come here for pizza and they know where to find good things. We had funghi-prosciutto, capricciosa and nonno-chito. All 3 excellent somewhat thicker dough, but full of air! We'll be back

On a busy Friday night we arrived and realised we should have booked prior. Anyway a friendly waiter who was actually from Wisconsin USA showed us to our table. We ordered a Capricossa 8 Euros and Adriatica (Seafood) 10 Euros and a bottle of 2013 La Quercia Montepulciano 12 Euros. Music playing in the background ranged from Bread, Irene Kara, Beatles, Dire Straits and Bee Gees. Service was friendly and efficient. Pizza's were good and we had a Tiramasu that while it was OK was lacking in biscuit base. Lovely setting near the beachfront. Very popular with families and did the job for us tonight. Total bill was just on 40 Euros.

We were late getting out for dinner and happened upon Pizzeria Nono Chito. We had the salami and cheese anti pasta, two pizzas Diablo and Arugula and fresh ricotta, a fab salad with corn and tuna and a lovely homemade tiramisu! The staff were very nice and talked us into ordering some little skewers of meat which were amazing! Highly recommend Pizzeria Nono Chito!!!

We stumbled upon this restaurant whilst walking along the beach, we have been to this area many times so know most of the hot spots yet had never been here. The staff were extremely welcoming, big smiles on their faces and more than happy to help. The starters arrived quickly and tasted delicious, however our pizza took around 25 minutes with dirty dishes left on our table. I can say the pizza and starter were both very tasty, and would come again, however I would advise to book as when we arrived there were no tables outside and it was extremely humid indoors We could not believe the price of the food it was very cheap and we can only thank the staff for such a lovely expierence.

I have been to this restaurant in different years and the quality if the pizza and pasta are consistently high. The staff are accommodating and very friendly. A great little restaurant and take away pizzeria next door.
