Lido Maldimare - Roseto Degli Abruzzi

A good restaurant/lido where you can enjoy fish specialties accompanied by excellent white (and non-white) wines from Abruzzo. The menu of the day is limited but of a good standard and includes a couple of starters, first courses and 2-3 second courses. The managers are the same as the Vecchia Marina restaurant in Roseto, a name that is a guarantee.

We had lunch for a week in this establishment, and every day we were greeted by excellent staff, tasty and fresh dishes, a wonderful view directly onto the sea, excellent value for money... we will definitely be back next year.

Review valid for the aperitif. A beer, a tonic and a water 8 euros. All normal one could say, except that as appetizers they bring a portion of mussels ! and various canapés all based on fish. Included in the price! We went three times and left a tip every time. I agree that in the north we are not used to it with 8 euros it is a lot if they greet you but here we are in paradise!
