Took one hour and food still didn't come and when we asked a waitress to cancel our order she just ignored us and yelled out we have walkouts . super rude and slow.

Walked in. Nobody at the bar...I wondered to myself why wouldn 't their 11-7 happy hour every day entice people to do a little day drinking? Well. Bellied up to the bar and found out for myself. Greeted by a male bartender. Asked about specials and was met with there are no specials . Okay, well as a girl who loves beer, I am taken aback by the fact this establishment posted false advertisement to get me through the door. Whether a Pilsner is $5 or $2 (according to the 8-hour discount timeframe), I 'm glad to oblige. But, don 't lie to me about it...I guess? Happy Hour was reduced to 15 minutes (the time it took to drink my beer in awkward silence)...and the quarter hour of underwhelming hospitality and strange vibe was anything but happy . Eh might be back for wings.

Where do I even start. The chicken wings were not good and had absolutely no flavor. The sweet tea wasn’t sweet and when I asked for Pepsi it was flat. And our server couldn’t seem to pull herself away from her phone to actually do her job. Should have known it wouldn’t be good when the season opener for football was playing and the parking lot was empty But BWW is packed. Will definitely not be returning here anytime soon.

Terrible customer service. Unprofessional treatment by Mercedes. All of this is perpetuated by poor management. Everyone knows that leadership sets the tone. The tone set her can be witnessed in the unprofessional attitude Mercedes has towards her manager, peers and customers. This has been raised to management at multiple levels.... Nothing changes. Seems this location does not care about customer service.... Avoid at all cost when Mercedes' is there. You wont

Avoid this place on Tuesdays and Thursday afternoons. Especially if the bartender, Mercedes, is working behind the bar. She is very rude, unprofessional and is not able to work under pressure. I have witnessed her throw things behind the bar, slam doors shut, roll her eyes at customers, be disrespectful to customers, and be disrespectful to her manager in front of customers. I have raised this concern many times but nothing has been done by management. In fact it seems as if they reward is unprofessional behavior. I recommend going somewhere else that knows how to treat customers and that truly understands it without customers they would not have a job. I refuse to go to this location until this is taken care of.
