Be sure to check your order before leaving, as they frequently get it wrong. I requested grilled onions and jalapeños but received neither.

When another employee brought us our food, I asked about the man and mentioned that he worked there. The employee opened the door to check on him and asked if he was okay. The man outside assured him he was fine, but the employee informed us that he was bleeding quite a lot and advised us to remain calm. He then mentioned that this type of situation was not uncommon with this employee, although he had never seen anything like this before. Feeling concerned, I went to the register to confirm if they were sure he was okay. The staff's lack of concern was shocking; they acted as if they didn't care at all. One employee said there were two managers: one who was indifferent and another who genuinely cared, but she was busy in the back. I left feeling disappointed and saddened for the employee in distress.

There was a long line at the drive-thru, so I decided to order inside while also observing others placing their orders. After I placed mine, I expected to wait around 30 minutes, but to my surprise, it only took about 5 minutes! I'm not from this area, but I was really impressed by how well the staff worked together. Their teamwork was exceptional. Thank you so much, great job everyone!

The food is usually good but almost every time they forget to put the spicy ketchup in my bag even when I ask twice. If your taking it go check your bag, everything else is really good though

They take forever to give your food at this location. Whether it's drive thru, dine in, or an app order. The employees are always messing around playing with each other while they have long lines at the drive thru. The manager there doesn't seem tocare either. She plays with them just as well.
