Pho House - Rosenberg

Came today to try the PHO.The Broth which is the Main focal point was Smooth in the beginning then suddenly spike upwards with the Ginger, and spiked downward with another unknown spice, while the other semi sweet ingredients continuing in the middle of both, the ginger overcame all other flavors in the end.A good pho broth is Smooth~Rich~Tasty throughout the Ride(without any of the flavors spiking out of sequence)and each Spice side by side, Not in front or behind each other, ending all together…PHO Factory in Lincoln, NE has some of the best tasting PHO Broth yet to date.On the other hand, the Shaken Beef was GREAT, we loved the Nice sized Tender Cubed Beef soaking in the onions, garlic and sauce.The(Light Crisp Flaky)Vietnamese Egg rolls Sauce were Good also.The little added touches went a long way!We will be back!

The Bun Bo Hue here is absolutely top notch. It's so good I'll eat my soup super slow just yo enjoy it longer. Wish I could have it everyday. If you really want to kick it up a notch, substitute the meatballs with tendon and fatty brisket, add 3 scoops of their house pepper oil, and 4 globs of hoisin sauce. Thank me later.Vegetarian options: They have tofu.Kid-friendliness: The kids will love the soups.

Absolutely delicious. Found this place years ago and it quickly became my favorite restaurant. I don’t live in Rosenberg, but I always make a point to stop here when I’m in the area!The food on its own is well worth it, but the service is also great.Highly recommend! I haven’t been able to find pho anywhere as good as they make it here (including restaurants in the Houston, Austin, and Dallas area)

My Daughter and I were headed out of town for a camping trip. Since we were instructed to eat before arrival I decided to satisfy my daughters boba and pho craving here…I am so glad I did. The seafood pho was the absolute best pho I have had in a long time. The service was amazing and the popcorn chicken app was well worth the extra calories.It took at least an hour to stop thinking about the delicious meal I had. For someone who often time finds eating inconvenient, that says something.You could tell this place makes their food with care and love. Absolutely remarkable.Now… to think of an excuse to justify driving 45 minutes, without traffic, to shop at stores that are near me. Just to enjoy this deliciousness again soon. ? Maybe I can talk her troop into returning to that camping spot again. ?

Just moved to Rosenberg less than a month ago and this is my second time coming back! The customer service is friendly and very helpful which is a big thing now of days ?
