Jersey Mike's Subs - Rosemount

Where is the meat..where is quality control.They are good one day and suck the next. I will not be visiting this location again.

I'll give it 5 stars because the food is delicious and the service is always very friendly and fast. They've got some top notch employees that work there. Their subs are a step above Subway and even Jimmy John's. Prices are OK, but it's nice to be able to have something other than burger and fries that just about everything else on Rosemount serves.

Love Jersey Mike's, but wait until winter. The internal temperature in this location is way too high. Not sure if the management just wants to cut costs on their energy bill... but not running the air conditioner at a reasonable temp is not a smart decision. Condensation was building up in the meat cheese cooler, mayo was losing its form, and the staff were sweating. Felt like I was ordering at a food truck, not Jersey Mikes.

There was a young man that worked there his name was immanual he went well and beyond his services to make sure that my order was right I appreciate that.

Manager disrespected employees verbally right in front me. Made me very uncomfortable and I felt bad for them. Also felt like employees were coerced to push for tips.
