Park Tavern

A friend was visiting from out of town and staying at a nearby hotel. We decided to meet up for lunch in a charming area and settled on Park Tavern because of its diverse menu offerings including fish, pasta, burgers, and salads.

I was pleasantly surprised by the food and service at this restaurant. Although I didn't have low expectations, I was impressed by the quality. If you visit on a busy weekend night, you may have to wait a bit...

We were happy to find this restaurant (on opentable and in a confusing place). the best part of our experience was eating. it came in short order, was hot, affordable and the portions were huge. everyone was very happy with his own way. I especially loved my speck jalapeno Mac cheese and the burger my mannes was deliciously juicy. our dirty plates stayed too long on the table, but the server was otherwise friendly and attentive.

Great food. Good service. A bit loud, but that was expected. Very good overall. Would continue to go back. I’ve already been here many times.
