Deli Time - Rosemont

I 've worked at this building for 2yrs now, and it seems that Deli Time has just gotten worse overtime. They revamped their menu and added self-checkout kiosks. What they fail to tell you is that not all ingredients on the menu are available, and will try to pull a fast one if you don 't notice or don 't care to come back downstairs to complain. I 've let many things go in the past; orange peppers in place of green peppers, eggshells in my omelet, rubbery chicken in the salad bar, but I 've had it. I ordered a Western Sunrise sandwich and it just made my stomach turn, no peppers or avocado...just a spoonful of mushy scrambled eggs, ham, cheese and cream cheese. I 'n that case I 'll save my $6 and buy the regular breakfast sandwich for $2 less. When I went down to complain, I was told well technically cream cheese is $2 extra ...what a joke!

Over priced. Rubbery chicken and breakfasts that are lower than hotel continental quality.

The STAFF is really nice here but they are hampered by sub-standard food. The ingredients aren't high quality and it shows and tastes in the food. They do sushi (outstide vendor) periodically but that's the exception to the rule. Deli Time has a monopoly in all three buildings near me so they are all pretty much the same menu and ingredients. Substandard product in, substandard product out!

It's conveniently located and the people working here are very friendly and willing to help but the quality of the food and prices are awful. Coffee was cold, Venetian panini sandwich that I ordered was just like simple bread and meat. Don't think will come here again.

The only reason I go here is because it is convenient. Overpriced and over/undercooked salad bar items. Save your money and spend it on Uber eats or another food deliver service.
