Tim Hortons - Rosemère

I went to the restaurant to get my coffee, but they had already closed 30 minutes before their scheduled closing time. The employees were inside relaxing while customers were waiting outside, only to be told they were closed. It was still 8:30 pm, so why did the owner say they were open until 9 pm? It seems like the owner is unaware that the employees are closing earlier than expected.

I visited the restaurant twice to try their caramel iced latte. The first time, it seemed like a new employee made my drink by adding hot milk to the espresso before adding just a few cubes of ice and no caramel. My iced latte ended up warm and unappetizing, and it took about 10 minutes to make even though I was the only customer in the store. The second time I went back for another iced caramel latte a few days later, it appeared they forgot to add the coffee, so I received caramel-flavored milk instead.

????? 5 stars for Christelle at Tim Hortons!Christelle is amazing! Her welcoming and friendly demeanor, along with her exceptional client service skills, made my visit a delight. She even knows most of her clients' names! I've never experienced such charming and attentive service before. Best ever! ??

I have to say this is my favorite tim's for many reason. The weekly morning staff is just the best. I never have any issues with my orders anytime i order. They always have a smile and amazing attitudes.

I liked this place is kind of a Subway mixed with Dunkin Donuts something like that. They also have tea. Food was good.
