Pizza Pasta Duo Gusto - Rosemère

The cashier is extremely rude. I asked for the pizza+pasta trio. He understood pizza+poutine. I said “excuse me I asked for the pasta not poutine” in a very nice way. Instead of saying “oh I’m sorry what pasta would you like?”, he just started screaming. He took the pizza away angrily, telling me that I did not say what I said. He took my receipt and charged me MORE for just the pasta.

The worst pizza I have ever had. Super dry and hard crust. Hard dty cheese and tiny paper thin mushroom and peppers on the all dressed pizza. I get that they want to sell all of their slices but when they are in that state they should be thrown away. Definitely not sold let alone at regular price.

$50 for 3 slices of lukewarm, dry and tasteless pizza, 10 tortellini pasta, 1 mini fries and poutine 2 mini glasses of beverage without the possibility of refilling! The lady at the cash desk who clearly doesn't know what customer service is. No smiles, no thanks, speaks 2/3 English! Never again

Me and my son took the poutine pizza trio.. very bad in addition to being cold and the crust dry.. we were also very sick, both of us, severe indigestion.

Rude cashier,the penne pasta was uncooked and the sauce was water+some tomato paste,yucky.never go there again!
