Mama's Gourmet Pizza - Roselle

Claim we didn't order something.one item was not given. They said it was going to be deliver in 10 minutes but it never arrived.we called again after 30 minutes and they said we have to be patient.

2nd time here. Food had great taste! Ordered buffalo wings, zucchini sticks and a chicken veggie slice. Excellent customer service. Atmosphere looked clean gotta come back and sit. ???

A worker on the phone started making fun of the language which was Korean and started saying Ching Chong over and over again and when i confronted him in English he got mad and closed the call

I went to this establishment for lunch, have not been in there since previous owners. I ordered the house special cheesesteak for $11.50, I was charged $15.00, I questioned why? I was told because I asked to add lettuce I was charged and extra $1.25 and ketchup and was charged another $1.25. Lettuce is understandable, but ketchup that's insane. Ketchup is free on the table if you eat there and the so are the packets. I was charged for a drop of ketchup. I work for Roselle Boro Hall, I was very shocked! With that being said I will no longer spend my money at this establishment!!! Spreading the Word!!
