I always end up feeling unwell because the sour cream has an off taste or smell. The guacamole is often brown, and they consistently get my order wrong. If I could give zero stars, I would. They never seem to want to correct their mistakes, making it a complete waste of money. I definitely deserve a refund.
I had to stop visiting this restaurant, despite its convenient location. Even when you place an order through the app and arrive at the scheduled time, you still end up waiting over 20 minutes. During my last visit, I noticed that the employee preparing takeout had her hair touching the food, which was quite off-putting. They often seem to be out of various items, and while a couple of employees are working hard, many others just stand around doing nothing. It's disappointing because Chipotle offers great food, but when the staff lacks dedication, it really impacts the overall experience.
I ordered online, and I won't be doing that again! The staff were chatting and laughing among themselves, completely neglecting their customers' needs. I ordered two items with extra chicken, which cost an additional $3.50 each. To my surprise, I only received about 7-8 pieces of chicken, making it feel more like I had ordered veggie bowls or burritos instead. When I requested extra sides, the girls had terrible attitudes toward me. I ended up waiting another 10 minutes just for them to pack those sides, and I had to get the last sauce myself because they weren't paying attention. I really think a qualified manager needs to be put on night shifts immediately.
I waited for over 30 minutes in line as online orders were being made and the in store lines was increasing. It was unorganized and it seemed like all the staff were doing their own thing. Laughing, telling jokes to one another, and not being courteous to the paying customers. I asked to speak with the manager, and Kennedy came from the back but did not show any concern for my issues. I adked for corporate's telephone number and was told by Kennedy I could look it up online. I will never patronize this establishment again. It was dirty and the sevice was poor!
I literally just stood in line for over an hour waiting to just order food. When I got up to order the worker who was working alone making everyone?s food stop taking orders and just work on online orders. Leaving everyone in line waiting. She did not say anything to us she did not apologize she did not explain what was going on As everyone just stood there waiting for about 20 more minutes. When she finally started to take my order she had a bad attitude she was tossing things around slamming spoons into the condiment bowls and was just very rude. I have never experienced this at any chipotle and I definitely will not be going back to the Chipotle. I will travel further to go to another one before I give this store my business ever again. Which sucks because it is so close to my house. I understand being short stash and training but at least explain to everyone what?s going on instead of leaving them standing there.
