Subway - Roseburg

I'm really disappointed! My wife and I took the time to drive to Subway in south Roseburg off of Britney, only to be told that we had to wait 45 minutes before they would take our order's due to the phone orders was a priority. Then, another worker clocked in, and she totally ignored us! After about a 1/2 hour wait, my wife and I decided to leave. We were in disbelief of their unprofessional and lack of service and management. I'm glad all Subway stores are like this.

!!!!BEWARE!!!! Ordered 3 subs and got pepper with a side of subs instead. Everything I sent an order in through the app was not done right.. I asked for more mayo and mvp vinegrette and regular pepper and they gave me very little of the mayo and mvp and must of used a spoon to put that much pepper on the sandwich. Was not good at all. I'd recommend getting your sub in person than through the app as it seems most subways are too incompetent to understand how to read an order. !!!!BEWARE!!!! Parking: Only good thing was plenty of parking... though I now know why.

Hailey was super helpful and patient. I really enjoyed my experience.

This Subway, in the Green district, is always fun to go to. The crew is always very friendly and thorough. Great at recommending new sandwiches and specials.
