They did not get any of my order right totally different items than I ordered

Fried rice was mushy, somehow sweet, and coated with something I couldnt identify. Beijing beef was crunchy and hard, couldnt even stab with my fork. I couldnt finish eating. Only good parts had to be the Rangoons and fortune cookies.

Space is always packed, but the workers treat it amazingly good. Eating is always good and never feel how I will be torn down over the portion sizes. Moreover, how much cauliflower is in the nudes, it is sometimes more cauliflower than noodles. I would give 3 stars because of this, but then it reflects more so on the workers at this particular location, as it is the company for the production of the ingredient ratios, what they are. Therefore, 5 stars cause work ethics, customer service on point and quality in their work.

Always consistent with the food. Sometimes there's a longer wait, but we've started to use the app so by the time we get to the restaurant our food is ready and waiting!

I would complain about this place always being packed...but I wanted to praise all the workers in there. They do a great job and are friendly. All the staff seem like they like working there which is great to see. They work hard, all the kids in there.
