Fast, friendly service!! Amazing food: Best taco salads around, and yummy home made tortillas! My favourite place

If you want authentic Mexican food with incredible service, come here. We were greeted by the owner and seated immediately. Within moments we had chips and salsa. The salsa was made fresh and tasted delicious. The food was exactly what I wanted. Hot, delicious and everything was freshly made including the tortillas. No canned beans. I have tried all of the Mexican restaurants in the area and this was, by far, the best. We will be back. Warm, caring owners and family oriented. Can't wait to go back. Thank you, Gilberto, for a wonderful experience.

We have been in Oregon since November and have been searching for a really good Mexican restaurant. Have tried 2 others still a few I haven't tried. But Gilbertos is by far the best yet. The staff is super friendly, the restaurant is clean and the food is soooo good. They are a little pricey but you get what you paid for for sure. I will recommend this place to anyone.

Got a margarita for my birthday and beef burritos to go. They were good. My friend eats here all the time and loves it. I'm giving 4 stars because it wasn't the best margarita I've ever had.

Looking to hit all the Mexican places in the area over the next couple months and this is where we are getting things started. The service was solid and our hosts were very attentive. The wait for the food to arrive at the table was average and both plates contained average portion sizes. Ingredients were fresh and cooked well but my wife and I were both in agreement that the flavors was very bland. If I were rating on flavor alone I would have given it just a 2.5 star rating (rounded up to 3). But the customer service was good enough to pull the overall experience to 3.5 (rounded up to 4). In all honesty, I don't think I will be going back, but the final decision on this won't be made until after we visit most of the other Mexican food places in the area.
