Bob's Deli - Roseburg

I had a disappointing experience at Bob's recently. An older lady who worked there was quite rude and audibly sighed when I finished my breakfast burrito 30 minutes before the official breakfast time. Her negative attitude made me feel unwelcome, and I decided not to mention that I would be getting food elsewhere. It felt very unprofessional. I should note that I have been a loyal customer at Bob's for years, enjoying their sandwiches and food, but this encounter completely soured my experience.

We stopped by to grab some sandwiches to go and got the Grinder, the Works and a hot Panini on our drive to Diamond Lake. Great sandwiches, big portions. I've been here a couple times and recommend it if you are looking for a filling sandwich at a good price.

Very busy today during my visit only one person working that?s fine I understand and am patient. While wait for my order The employee ring?s someone up then goes back to preparing food without washing her hands. Phone rings she grabs takes order goes back to making food without washing hands. Another employee shows up to work vaping right up to the front door. Comes in puts on apron and starts making food without washing hands. This is a food safety issue just waiting to happen. Please take a look at cleanliness or n general your ceiling tiles look awful and the air intake above your soda machine is so dirty.
