Ami Japanese - Roseburg

This is truly the best place for delicious food! The prices are fantastic, and the staff is amazing.

It was my first experience with sushi, and I visited the restaurant back in 2010 while working nearby. I decided to stop by for lunch, and I was absolutely amazed. I fell in love with sushi right there. Ami truly set the bar high; their sushi is outstanding. They also offer a variety of other dishes like fried noodles, udon soup, fried rice, and tempura vegetables, among many others, and everything is delicious. The staff are incredibly friendly and always greet you when you walk in. I highly recommend visiting Ami—you won’t be disappointed!

The teriyaki chicken was topped with a pepper sauce, which was definitely not teriyaki sauce. The chicken was rubbery and seemed undercooked. However, the staff were very kind and attentive.

Ate here a few years ago before my best friend passed away.. Had California sushi roll... It was very good. I would recommend going there for a nice quiet meal...

It's still the best sushi in Roseburg. Their food is really good me and my friend is addicted to the rice and miso soup. Every time we go in, it feels like we are welcomed, and the atmosphere can make you forget you're still in Roseburg. One big plus if you're in a hurry, you can call in an order ahead of you arriving.
