After placing and paying for our order online, we waited for a while with no update. Eventually, we called the restaurant to inquire about the status of our food, only to be told that they no longer accept online orders. We were disappointed by the lack of communication and professionalism, and it was too late for us to order from anywhere else. We will not be returning for future business.

We waited 20 minutes to place our order, while others around us were served before us. The restaurant was not very busy, but the service was extremely slow. In the end, we had to ask for a refund and leave.

This is the best kebab place in town. They serve fresh, high-quality food and provide great customer service. I am a regular customer and have never been disappointed. Keep up the good work!
