Hardee's - Roscoe

This is a newer place on Hwy 19. Easy access. I used the Drive-thru. I always have good service. Usually stop around lunch time. The male employee that waited on me was very polite and friendly. Will be stopping there again.

Don 't get the chicken sandwich. It was burnt and inedible. The excuse was that 's how it comes out of the fryer. They did refund the sandwich but the attitude was unacceptable. Husband 's food was fine which is why they got any stars.

One ham and biscuit took almost 20 min and there was no one else

This use to be one of my go to spots but the past year for me, I feel like they are not caring if the food is fresh or if it's even prepped correctly. On my way to work this morning I stopped to get a low carb breakfast bowl. After I ordered it the lady that took my order was kinda hesitant on the speaker like she didn't know what I was asking for. When I got to the window to picked up my order something told me to open it up and check it out. But I waited until I got to work. Someone just threw it together! It is missing the white cheese that goes on it and the egg is dry and not folded correctly! I would have understood if the place was busy but it wasn't! Plus this is the second time someone has put my low carb bowl together incorrectly. They have a food prep diagrams to look at! Is it that hard to follow??Get it together Hardee's crew!!

Biscuits and gravy are awesome! The menu is great, tops for fast food!!
