Wow, what a find! Stopped in the sleepy town of Rosamond near Edward's AFB and stumbled on Patty's Cafe. I was greeted with an air conditioned and inviting interior (the temperature parking lot was 102F). Sat down and immediately got served coffee and a glass of ice water. I went with the vegetable omelet and subbed the potatoes for fresh fruit and toast. The meal filled an extra large plate and was superb. The homemade salsa was a nice touch and I didn't have to ask one time for a coffee refill like magic it just appeared! This will be a regular stop anytime I'm back thru this area. Thank you ladies!

Very well cooked food, nice ambience. Surprise: the omelette was filled with meat.
