The youngsters that call this establishment their work place are usually rude. This time they were pleasant, but I ordered a jumbo jack with bacon. And I got home to find a jumbo jack with bacon. And no hamburger patty. I laughed. Then sighed. And went to bed hungry.-lol at Jack in the Box responding. I did what they said and no one contacted me. The Drive Thru service is very slow. Half of the time they ask you to pull to the front and then they take forever to bring out your food. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
Onion rings were way overly cooked, burnt. Had to throw away.
