La Guinguette - Roquebrune-sur-Argens

We have eaten here several times and never been disappointed. The welcome and service are to be commended. Very clean and comfortable.

Driving back from Avignon to Nice and we needed somewhere for a dinner pitstop. The restaurant is basically on a roundabout next to a budget hotel in Roquebrune sur Argens and seems to be frequented by lorry drivers passing through. But we thought it will be fine for a quick pizza before setting off again. I don't know how it is possible to mess up pizza so badly. The base was so hard it was practically inedible and the topping was dry and crusty. Really not very nice at all.I didn't have high hopes, but I think next time we're in need of a bite to eat whilst driving the A8 motorway, we'd be better off in a service station.

Always excellent in every respect. We are now regular visitors to this restaurant. A fairly small menu plus a 'Specials of the Day' based on seasonal, fresh produce from the fish, meat

This is not a cozy place. The lady running it is lovely but the food cheap and nasty I m afraid. I have been here once and never again!
