The buffet breakfast offers a variety of options to suit different preferences. The dining room is spacious, allowing for a comfortable experience. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Although poached eggs are not available on the buffet, you can request them.

Menu 33 is the in-house restaurant of the Novotel Headquarters, located on the first level of the hotel. It offers a relatively limited selection of dishes, primarily focusing on steaks. While it's a suitable spot for a business dinner after work, it's not really the ideal place for a romantic night out. The service is adequate, and the decor is acceptable, but the overall ambiance lacks a certain appeal. During our visit, we (two guests) each ordered a main course, which included a choice of two side dishes. We opted for the bean and rocket pear salad. The steak was decent but not particularly memorable; however, the portion sizes were generous, and the service was fairly prompt. The waitress went above and beyond by offering us samples of two wines to help us with our selection. For those with mobility issues, the restaurant is accessible, as everything is on one level with elevator access from the lobby and rooms. The restroom is also conveniently located on the same floor.

What an amazing fine dining experience! The staff was exceptionally friendly, making it a perfect place to treat that special someone to a delightful meal. The food was magnificent, and there was an excellent selection of dishes, wines, beers, and spirits.

I hosted a dinner here with family and there were 30 guests and I'm glad I chose this place. Each meal was served together that no guests were left waiting. The food was delicious and each course served was well presented. I highly recommend the lamb spare ribs! The restaurant had a beautiful intimate ambience. The staff were so diligent, attentive and professional. The service was flawless and each staff deserved their own recognition.

I've been dining here for two years since it's conveniently located next to my hotel. Over that time, I've provided feedback, but it seems to have gone unheard. Tonight was the final straw: the prawns were nearly raw and drowned in garlic sauce. The staff do their best, but I'd rather not return. It’s a Portuguese restaurant, which can be hit or miss. The eye fillet is really good, but many other dishes are just average. They used to have a fantastic lamb backstrap, but it’s been removed from the menu. Overall, I don’t think the convenience is enough to bring me back.
