Order passed at 6:20 p.m., a delivery man showed up at 9:20 p.m. while we were told 1:30 p.m. (they don't call to warn you from the HARCELER) The worst part of this is that he refuses payment by card because either saying he has exceeded his quota, does not take the checks.
