Domus Villasimius - RONCARO

I have a bad experience with this restaurant. I ordered a diavola pizza and they gave me a calamari pasta then I ordered an orange juice i waited 20 minutes and it still didn’t come. The table was dirty we had to clean it up. The bread was really dry. So i’m really disappointed with this restaurant.

We went to this restaurant although the reviews on google were not good, as we were a large group and couldn’t book other place. I don’t want to accuse all the staff, but the one who served us was the most impolite person ever. He was rude throughout the entire night, and when we mentioned that this behaviour was not appropriate, he said he didn’t care! The reason of this behavior is possibly that they are not concerned about losing customers as the restaurant is in the heart of Villasimius. We mostly had pizza, and it deserves a maximum rating of 4/10. Therefore, this place is highly not recommended!

I experienced rudest behavior of staff I have ever experienced in a restaurant. All staff did not have that behavior but the main waiter who took care of our table has. When I asked to talk his manager, he told the is the manager. But I think, that is not correct. It is fair to keep the restaurant management responsible as well, eventually they are hiring people with that type of attitude. In my opinion, how good/bad was the remaining of service or food is not relevant. Overall experience was quite negative.

We came here for the bad reviews. we only drank a bit and the guests studied at dinner. best entertainment! for this we give 5 stars.
