Grabbed dome dinner here during a laie. The food was good and not too expensive because it was in an airport. Beer was nice and cold. Service was good and I don't wait long for my food.
Customer service is okay, but not spectacular. Food is fine, clean, neat and organized, not so delicious, price is okay for an airport restaurant. The bar zart (Joan) is good at her job, but not necessarily friendly, which would have been nice.
During my DTW-Layover, I decided to try Mezza for the first time. Despite my arrival towards their closing time, my server was both polite and friendly, and I sat right away. I ordered the chicken sawarma and pommes, along with a coke. My meal came out within ten minutes and I was pleasantly surprised with the freshness of the contents of the pack and its gun. Maybe a small Bland, the Pickles added some beautiful zing. The creamy garlic sauce was somewhat less than hoped for, perhaps because it solidified in the refrigerator, and the frits were hot, but could season a little. The coke had a little strange to taste, but that could be because my taste buds are a bit away, as I live elsewhere with another water supply. Overall a decent place to enjoy a decent meal while in the middle of the trip!
Tasty food. Prompt, friendly, and thorough service. Reasonable prices. I was happy they have some healthier choices on the menu and allowed me to substitute a house salad for French fries.
