All the food was cold, not even luke warm. Vegetables overcooked, gravy cold. Prices have increased but quality was worse. Very noisy too

The staff at this restaurant is wonderful. Thank you for a delightful experience. I have no complaints, the food is always excellent.

Lovely to see it looking so festive. Had a nice corner area for our party of 5. The meat, potatoes and Yorkshire puds were excellent but the carrots peas and Brussels were dried up and the gravy was not hot. By the time we sat down to eat the meal was lukewarm which was a shame. The festive crumble was lovely.

We was seated in minutes, waited 45 minutes in the carvery queue as they prioritised delivery orders over people waiting on site, lots of self serve dishes empty or burnt, dessert barely any ice cream or custard in dishes then charged £75 for the privilege, will not be coming back and heard lots of other tables complaining and saying the same thing, no manager to speak too just a waitress apologising to every table.

The waitress was very rude and ignored us. When we finally got her attention, she abruptly told us to wait in the bar as there were no tables available. I informed her that I had made a reservation, and she eventually checked and found that our table was actually empty. Overall, she was discourteous and unpleasant.
