The food at this Turkish restaurant is exceptional and the service is excellent. It is by far the best Turkish restaurant around. I would highly recommend it.

I placed an order for the Ottoman platter and mixed meze over the phone. The delivery time was stated to be an hour and a half, so I chose to pick up the order instead. I was told it would be ready in half an hour. However, when I arrived ten minutes later, I had to wait over ten minutes in the shop before anyone even acknowledged me. To my disappointment, I found out that they had not even started preparing my order. When we got home, we realized that instead of the dolma we had requested, they had given us cavil olives and hummus, along with just one portion of dolma. This is not the first time we have had issues with the mixed meze starter, as it seems they prefer to give out cheaper starters rather than the ones we have ordered. This is frustrating, especially considering the amount we spent on a meal for two. The food is usually delicious here, but the lack of proper service is making me consider no longer ordering from this takeaway. The service has been disappointing in our recent orders, and they need to address this issue promptly.

This is the best kebab I have ever had. It is very delicious and the portions are huge. The staff is friendly as well. From now on, I will only be getting kebabs from this place.
