Mcdonald's - Romeoville

Very nice people at this point. It's been here several times. My recent experience was not the best. I had to wait for coffee. I was told it was a three-minute waiting time, but I ended at 11 minutes. Great difference when you try to get anywhere in time. The manager was totally nice and apologetic about waiting. I would rather have a better initial estimate of waiting than an apology. I would have chosen another drink if I knew. Do not want to appear negative in this place because it was always great every time I was there.

I came at 2:00 11/9 and was worried that I was not satisfied with my food as I arrived so late. But my food was perfect. It was very tidy, fresh and hot prepared for my pleasure. Keep the great work overnight crew!
