We ordered quickly which we thought was a good sign, however our drinks which were simply coke and Fanta took at least 10-15 minutes to get to us which should’ve been the first warning signal. Our food then took over an hour to get to us after we’d finished our drinks. The young man who served us was lovely and really helpful, so clearly it must’ve been a problem in the kitchen. The burgers when they came were really nice but the chips were a bit salty. All in all, if you’re willing to sit somewhere nice looking and wait an hour for food that was actually really nice, this place is perfect, but when you’re starving hungry, maybe this is not the place for you.
The owner of the Heart of san lorenzo suggested us this place. The Restaurant is so cozy and the athmosphere is cool. Very romantic place, and the Meet is so good. Funny Camerieris as well
I was there with my family and everything was wonderful. Food and staff, everything! Thank you guys :
Worst Restaurant experience of my life so far. Would have rather eaten a day old store-bought sandwich, than eat at this petty excuse of a restaurant. I waited over an hour for my pizza and by the time i got it, my girlfriend had already finished her very dry and bland burger. The pizza was horrible. It was drenched in tomato sauce and all the toppings slid of, while the pizza literally fell apart in your hands. Sides didn 't arrive on time and the bruschetta were burnt an soaked in so much olive oil that it ran down all over my arms. Worse than the food was the service! The waiters were rude and arrogant and only cared about the local people. People that had arrived after us, paid before we even got our mains. They blatantly slapped the food onto our table, without saying a word and rushed on. They even ran into our table, almost knocking over our glasses without acknowledging it. In the end they charged us almost double of what we ordered and reacted irritated when we politely pointed it out. Stay away from this place! If you need to eat in this area, go to the 1990 Academia del Gusto they are open until late and serve actual food with great service.
