Jiamo Lab - Rome

I love this place where they cook typical of southern China. I love jamos, I love their ravioli, I will eat at least once every 15 days (or I bring it to the office)

5 stars because jiamo lab is unique. there is nothing in roma as jiamo since it offers typical Chinese dishes all strictly handmade. the traditional sandwich that for the purpose is called jiamo is proposed with 4 different fillings, with pork stew, beef balm, chicken with a particular marginatura is a vegetarian. a few dishes available but all delicious, small apartment with few seats but super cozy thanks to chen that will make you feel comfortable

Jiamo sandwiches are spectacular, really a unique and particular thing to try. that in the owner puts us a lot of passion to let the Romans know the traditional cuisine of the north of the cina. it is worth letting us go to discover new flavors.

We went Sunday to dinner, we tasted shrimp spaghetti, baked chicken and the famous jiamo with pork stew. Chinese beer gouty ipa, all at a low price. goose and good food, we digested without problems and thatn is a real landlord ready to dispense information about their simple and good food. recommended if you are in the area

Chen and his staff are always a guarantee. we cross half the city to eat its fantastic jiamo, especially we appreciate the chicken ones. superlative boazis and every dish they prepare is made as a rule of art!
