Dar Marchese - Rome

Wandering the streets of Rome on a busy day we were getting more and more hungry. Many full restaurants left us a bit desperate. We stumbled in and found the staff very friendly but the food not so great. The pizza was pretty good but the soup was really bad. Just carrots and zucchini in a weak broth. The spaghetti was very average. The bread was stale. Saw the fish on a plate on the next table over and it had the cookie cutter shape of frozen food. Even the exposed brick was wall paper. Best to stay away and trust that the reason there are tables available is because it is not very good. This was our mistake.

We had a lunch in this restaurant. Service took over 30 minutes for easy dishes as pasta. Attention : They charge 10% on top of the advertised menu list prices. They say it is not for service, vut then for what ? The table at the entrance is quite windy and cold. We should have chosen another table.

The prices are reasonable, you eat well I have to say, we ate very well I recommend it for everyone for the honest prices..the starters are very good..the beautiful location castel sant'agnello

Ristorante molto accogliente, come del resto è stato molto accogliente tutto il personale, estremamente gentile e preparato. Abbiamo iniziato con i fritti ed erano gustosi. Ottimi i primi piatti della tradizione romana: gricia, cacio e pepe, nonché la loro specialità “primo del marchese”. Per dolce il tiramisù è stato tra i migliori mai mangiati. Insomma ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Da ritornarci!

Locale vicino a Castel Sant'Angelo. Abbiamo prenotato tramite The Fork, così abbiamo usufruito di un 20%di sconto alla cassa. Piatti tipici della cucina romana veramente molto buoni. Locale grande e pulito. Consigliato.
