I'm over, but my bf got strawberry and vanilla. the vanilla was orange colored and tasted bad (like icy French vanilla). there are so many other places with better looking and characterized vegan gelatos. also the gelatos were labeled- milk free- not soy or vegan. yes. also- parve does not mean vegan- it can still contain ice or fish.
This place is a nice little shop in the Jewish quarter of Rome severing 8 flavors of vegan gelato clearly marked as Parve . I tried 3 flavors, and they were all very delicious. The woman running the shop was super friendly, also.

They had a bank in! completely authentic - they can say because the banana taste is gray and not yellow! I have apples and cinnamon, dark chocolates and banans. phenomenal. but it's a little expensive. you can taste 1 taste before buying.
We were walking around the Jewish Ghetto and found this gelato shop with a no milk sign out front, so we headed in. Turned out they do serve vegan gelato either made with non-dairy milk or just water. We had the dark chocolate, the pistachio, and the mixed berry flavors. They were all really good. Highly recommended!
