Steak 'n Shake - Rome

Great place and very good food! I love the hamburger and shake! I will eat there again!

This time I went through the drive thru because the inside is usually dirty. Food is good and not that expensive.

Changed over to kiosk orders and none were working. One cashier taking orders and delivering orders. Several people walked out. I won't go back until they realize this is NOT WORKING

That great family vibe. The kitchen help looked like a great happy family.

The food was good. Had to order on kisha. No explanation of signage as to where to get drink, it wasn’t visiable. The restaurant was nasty. Several tables were open but not cleaned. Several people standing around in the kitchen but I had to ask to have our table cleaned. Napkins, French fries and food was all over floor under tables. An elderly couple told waitress they ordered FF not Chili. They did not know how to order on kisha, customer even said they could take the chili he just wanted ff. They told him he would have to order ffs and pay for them to get them. It upset him. This is not customer service… sad how down the place went. Food was ok, but who wants to eat in a nasty environment. With rude help. I wish I had taken pictures.
