Pascalis is THE reference in terms of pognes and Saint-Genix! If you pass in the Drôme you have to go in one of their bakery! Pascalis adapts to the market and innovates! Recently they have expanded their pastry offering (chocolate punch, strawberry) and even offer snacking (poké bowl au chicken, various sandwiches! In short, I strongly recommend, it doesn’t take place a week without having to take a tour!
