Wingstop - Roman Forest

I wish this place would just close already. I always place my order online, and when I go to pick up my order there is always some kind of issue at this location. Tonight I sat outside their building waiting for the pick up time. When I went to pick up my order the cashier told me that they just got a lot of orders, so mine hadn't even been started yet. I cancelled my order and placed an order at the Sawdust location. I drove there and sat in their lot for another 10 minutes, but that location was right on time. Overall the total time to get 20 freaking wings was nearly an hour and a bunch of driving in rush hour traffic, because the Rayford location isn't prepared to handle a Friday night rush. How this place is still open is a mystery.

The wings were really good, but when we got home with our carry out, we didn't get the large fries we paid for. I really suggest the employees open the bag and review the order with the customer because they didn't do that with me.

I've been having this delivered since the pandemic started! 1) I love chicken and 2) they're usually easy see point 1 I love chicken. It's sad to say but the quality of food has progressively gotten worse! I tried to give the benefit of the doubt ESPECIALLY since we're in a pandemic!! but my last order was MY LAST order from this location! I requested 15pc lemon pepper! The first driver had an issue apparently ‍ IDK and that's understandable not the store fault! The food delivered I couldn't even eat it! I literally threw it in the trash! (I wish I took a picture) The ONLY reason for 2 stars vs 1 Star is the history I have with this store! I literally ordered at LEAST once a week for the last 3 4 months I hope they fix their cook issues like really how can you screw up THE only thing on the menu?? They WERE okay before they're pretty bad now.

Hello hello and HI...... It's been a while since I posted and I promise I am going to finish the year out stronger than ever. But as you can see I am back on Wingstop. I don't like giving out a 1 star but..... oh well Let's start with the chicken. I ordered a 10 piece, the flavor was good but 2 of the wings were not edible at all. I forgot to snap a photo of them. For one my mouth was burning.... lol (that's a good thing, I like spicy foods), and two, I was busy trying to dig through my fries to find some that I could eat. Y'all (in my true southern voice), these were the worst fries In the country... Not just this store, the whole damn chain... I reported on the horrible fries at the location in Forney TX. I didn't call out the location on Sawdust Rd. Which is on the same street as this one and I didn't call out the location on the North side of Houston, the Woodlands, and Conroe. Oops I just did. Some of these locations chicken is good but the fries are horrible and you add to the fact that wingstop no longer serves the beans! Smh.... I really hope they figure this fry thing out.

Absolutely the worst possible service imaginable why does anyone eat here? The wings are always too greasy and when you add in the pathetic service, coming here is a nightmare. Is there a manager? An owner? Do they care. People are waiting outside and they are upset.
