Hippo Burgers - Roman Forest

Dude. These burgers are awesome. Zero complaints. The fries were crispy and seasoned well. Burger patty was well done but it was still full of flavor and delucious. And the egg bun sets it off. Awesome place.

I used to go to the Humble location all the time, and everything was amazing. Finally came to try the newer Northpark location, and the quality of food and service couldn’t be more different. There’s now an up charge for everything. Came in to pick up my food (spent almost $40 for 2 people) and wanted extra ranch, which are apparently $0.50 for each… whatever, I want my ranch. The lady was curt but I paid for 3 then was kept waiting saying they need a few minutes to get that out. The lady working the checkout was rude and ran out everyone else’s food before getting 3 tiny containers of ranch, which were already prepackaged. Never coming to this location again.

The food/drinks taste great that’s goodplace super clean inside , I could use a little more on fries but really good
