Domino's Pizza - Roman Forest

After reading the reviews... I will be ordering from someone other than Domino's

I placed an order and they did not give me the right pizzas I called back to issue a refund because the pizza was so burnt it was not edible. I was told they couldn’t do that and to call back the next day. I called the next day and now I have to wait 3 days for the GM to issue a refund since it was the next day even though the manager Noah told me to do that. Will not be ordering from here again!

We placed the order about 2.5 hours ahead of requested delivery time. 30 minutes before the delivery time, the tracker said that our pizza was on the way. We live about 11 minutes from this store. At 5:35, 5 minutes past requested delivery time, the store called to re-verify our address and said they’re on the way. I then called in at 5:50 asking where it was at and they said they’re on the way. It’s now after 6 with still no pizza delivery, no comps, and no customer satisfaction.

The costumers service are horrible. They give us a wrong order. Also they make me to Wait another 15 minutes but in the app where we order was preparing at this time and will be ready in 15-20 minutes when I arrive they even didn’t start on the pizza and they make me stay another 15 minutes I would not recommend this location

Couldn't even order. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting on someone to help me. I could see them at the pizza area. Thursday night at 9:20pm. And as im sitting in the parking lot typing this someone walks in and gets waited on.
